Hair Cut & Styling
Here at Sit Still Salon each haircut is customized to each individual's facial features and head shape. We provide Haircuts and Styling for Women, Men, Seniors, Kids, and anyone with a desire to look their absolute best. Whether it's for an upcoming event or just self-care, we take pride in providing excellent customer service at an affordable rate. All hair-cutting and shaping appointments include custom cleansing and conditioning. We look forward to seeing you soon. *Students must show their current school ID to receive our special rate. Color Services for Women
Oligo Professionnel is the main color line we use, versatile in all ranges of color techniques. From basic touch-ups to full head balayage. Work with one of our professional stylists to find the perfect hair color for your hair type and complexion today. We work with the highest quality products and take our time to provide the perfect match for your desired style and hair color needs.
Color Services for Men
The key thing for men is keeping it so the style looks natural. Not obvious, and for fast development time. Whether they want a blended look or an Oliver coverage, we can get it done lickety-split. Special Event & On-Location Styling
We also provide on-location service for a wide variety of events including, Bridal Parties, Prom, Graduation, Cotillion, Senior Pictures, Corporate Events as well as Business Portraits. Most of our prices can be found on our website, or feel free to call today for a consultation. We ask for an additional $25 travel fee for on-location appointments.
Hair Cutting & Styling for Children & Tweens
We also provide a variety of hair care services to our little friends as well! A lot of the adult clients we have now started off coming to me to get their hair styled as kids. It's always a pleasure to see one of my old friends pop in for a style and it's even better when they bring in their kiddos to the salon to get a fresh style, cut or color. We have special discounts available to our student customers, stop in or call for rates. *Students must show their current school ID to receive our special rate.
Hair Treatments
Whether you're experiencing hair loss or damaged hair here at Sit Still Salon we provide professional hair treatments like The Blacklight SMART. The Blacklight SMART can be mixed into your color to increase the benefits or can be done as an add-on service during your salon visit. The Blacklight SMART targets all four bonds of the hair. Explore a variety of hair treatment products on location or on our website today. We also provide consultation if you're unsure which product would best suit your hair treatment needs. We also have a variety of essential oils available as well.
Permanent Waving (Perms)
Perms are back! They kind of went away lol, but they are coming back into style faster than ever. We have a great range for all hair types to customize your look. The hippest hairdo of all time is making a comeback! There is no other hairstyle that polarizes as much as the permanent wave. From Madonna to Sarah Jessica Parker the perm has proven to be stylish and can make anyone stand out in the crowd. The Permanent wave is a style that women or men with long hair (slightly longer than shoulder length generally) can attempt. Corrective Color
If you're growing out your previous colored hair and need to balance with your new growth coming in, or you've had a color service go totally wrong and need a complete color correction, I have the tools and experience necessary to get just about any corrective color done right. Root Color Balancing, Pre Coloring, Color Removal, Color Brightening, Complete Color Changes, and Band Removal.
Balayage
Balayage is a French word that means “to sweep” also known as open-air coloring. In this hair coloring technique, highlights are hand-painted or “swept” on the surface of random sections of hair to create a desired color streak or pattern. Foil is often used in the process. The difference between Balayage and Highlights is that highlights are placed much closer to the scalp and applied in certain sections. If you're looking to add sweeps of color, Balayage is the better option.
Vivids
These days it's hard to go anywhere and not see someone with vivid hair color. Vivid hair color was once reserved for the young and rebellious at heart, but now it's a style that is worn by everyone. Vivids are semi or demi-permanent colors that are typically bright fashion colors (purple/blue/red/yellow) or not naturally existing hair colors (rose gold, silver, and lavender etc). Consultations
We offer consultations in person or via video meetings like FaceTime. Our consultations come with a $25 fee that can be applied as a credit toward your next service. Our hair consultations are to help you decide what look will work best with your facial features as well as to help you pick the perfect color for your skin tone. You will never feel rushed and your opinion really matters to us as we strive to deliver the perfect hairstyle for you.
